1. I tried to register as a new member, but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received such email, please check your spam folder as well. If you can't find the email, please chat us for the assistance.
 
2. Is ADA C.E.R.P. accreditation approved by my local authorities?
Yes, the ADA C.E.R.P. accreditation is approved by local authorities.
 
3. How to earn C.E. Credits?
Follow the below steps in order to obtain your C.E. Credits:
  • Read the article, watch the recording on-demand
  • Answer the quiz and complete an evaluation form
4. How many questions do I need to answer correctly in order to receice the C.E. Certificate?
To be able to pass the C.E. Quiz, all questions must be answered correctly.
 
5. Where can I see the amount of C.E. Credits I have already obtained?
After you log in into your own account, you will be able to see the amount of the C.E. Credits in "my orders" area of the website.
 
6. How do I access the free content?
When chosing the free contect, in the description you will find the "Access Code" that needs to be placed in the box under the "Register"  tab.
 
7. How can I update my contact information?
Please make sure your details are correct and up-to-date. Only this way the C.E. Certificate you will receive is valid. To update your contact information, please visit your profile.
 
8. How can I change my password?
The email is used as an account identifier therefore it cannot be changed.
 
9. How can I reset my password?
To change your password, please go to the log in icon on the website. Type in your new password and press "update" button.
